Newsletter		 Flotilla 11-04 was chartered by the US Coast Guard 16 May, 1961 in Stillwater, MN.  In 2003 the Flotilla moved their meeting location and settled at the Hudson, WI St. Croix Marina.  Flotilla 11-04 is active with Public Education & Boating Safety classes, Vessel Safety Checks (VSC), teaching the boater Federal and State requirements, along with Marine Safety Patrols on the St. Croix River between Stillwater and Afton, MN.  For more information about the Auxiliary, please visit the National Web Site.                                                                      Semper Paratus
